Ingredients
- 4 cups Cooked short-grain rice
- 200 g Beef (thinly sliced) or Mushrooms
- 4 cups Assorted fresh vegetables (e.g., spinach, carrots, zucchini, bean sprouts)
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook rice. Prepare and lightly sauté or blanch assorted vegetables separately.

Marinate beef (if using) with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, and cook until browned.
