  • 750 ml fresh blueberries(or thawed frozen)
  • 175 ml sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

    Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

    Line a pie plate.

    Combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt.

    Pour into the crust and dot with butter.

    Cover with the second crust or make a lattice. Seal the edges.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 220°C, then 30-35 minutes at 175°C (350°F) until bubbly.
