Ingredients

  • 500 g Fresh or frozen broad beans(shelled)
  • 200 g Diced salt pork
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 2 Diced carrots
  • 2 Cubed potatoes
  • 1 Diced celery stalk
  • 1 Can of pearl barley(125 ml)
  • 2 L Chicken broth
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Savory to taste

Instructions

    Sauté the salt pork in a pot until lightly browned.

    Add the broth, carrots, celery, potatoes, and barley.
