Ingredients

  • 4 whole speckled trout, cleaned
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Flour for coating
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

    Season the trout with salt and pepper, inside and out.

    Lightly coat them with flour.

    Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Cook the trout for 4-5 minutes per side until the flesh flakes easily.

    Drizzle with lemon juice at the end of cooking.

    Serve garnished with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
