Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 shredded green cabbage
  • 250 g salted pork or bacon pieces
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 diced carrots
  • 2 cubed potatoes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes(540 ml)
  • 1.5 L beef broth
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 Salt, pepper, and parsley

Instructions

    Brown the salted pork in a large pot until golden.

    Add the onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.

    Add the broth, tomatoes, carrots, and potatoes.

    Bring to a boil, then add the shredded cabbage.

    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes.

    Season and garnish with fresh parsley.
