- 750 g ground moose meat
- 1 can of drained kidney beans(540 ml)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes(796 ml)
- 1 can of tomato paste(156 ml)
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 shredded cheddar and sour cream for garnish
Instructions

Brown the ground meat in oil, breaking it up with a fork.

Add the onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the spices and cook for 1 minute, stirring.

Pour in the tomatoes, tomato paste, and kidney beans.

Let it simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
