  • 4 ground beef patties(150 g each)
  • 3 sliced onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 250 ml store-bought or homemade brown gravy
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Chopped parsley

Instructions

    Season the patties with salt and pepper.

    Melt the butter and caramelize the onions for 15 minutes over medium heat. Set aside.

    In the same skillet, cook the patties for 4 minutes on each side.
