Ingredients

  • 2 kg petits concombres kirby
  • 1 L vinaigre blanc
  • 500 ml eau
  • 60 ml gros sel
  • 1 Têtes d'aneth frais
  • 6 gousses d'ail
  • 1 tbsp graines de moutarde
  • 1 tsp grains de poivre

    Wash the cucumbers and let them soak for 2 hours in ice water.

    Bring the vinegar, water, and salt to a boil.

    In each sterilized Mason jar, place dill, garlic, and spices.

    Pack the cucumbers vertically into the jars.

    Pour the boiling liquid over the cucumbers, leaving 1 cm headspace from the rim.

    Close the jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Wait 3 weeks before consuming.
