Ingredients

  • 4 fresh corn cobs(or 500 ml of corn kernels)

  • 2 cubed potatoes
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 250 ml 15% cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 Salt, pepper, and nutmeg

Instructions

    Remove corn kernels from cobs with a knife.

    Melt the butter and sauté the onion for 3 minutes.

    Add the corn, potatoes, and broth. Cook for 20 minutes.

    Blend until smooth.

    Return to the saucepan, add the cream, and reheat without boiling.
