Ingredients
- 500 g ground pork
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 125 ml milk
- 80 ml bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.

Mix well and bring to a boil, stirring.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.

The mixture should be homogeneous and have absorbed all the liquid.

Pour into a mold or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Serve cold on toasted bread or crackers.
