- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 Lemon wedges
- 1 Tartar sauce for serving

Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bag.
