Ingredients

  • 250 ml buckwheat flour
  • 125 ml all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 375 ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

    Combine flours, baking powder, and salt.

    Add warm water and melted butter. Mix well (the batter should be semi-liquid).

    Let rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat a greased pan over medium heat.

    Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a thin circle.

  6. 6

    Cook only on one side (do not flip). The ploye is ready when the top is dry.
