- 4 tranches de lard salé en dés
- 2 oignons hachés
- 4 pommes de terre en cubes
- 4 tomates pelées en morceaux
- 2 carottes en rondelles
- 250 ml maïs en grains
- 1 L eau ou fumets de poisson
- 1 Sel, poivre et fines herbes
