  • 2 eggs
  • 5 ml vanilla
  • 375 ml flour
  • 5 ml baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 ml chopped walnuts(optional)

    Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.

    Cream the butter and sugar.

    Add eggs one at a time, then the vanilla and bananas.

    Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Incorporate into the wet ingredients.

    Add walnuts if desired.

    Pour into the pan and bake for 55-65 minutes (a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean).
