- 125 ml softened butter
- 175 ml sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 ml vanilla
- 375 ml flour
- 5 ml baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 ml chopped walnuts(optional)

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.

Cream the butter and sugar.

Add eggs one at a time, then the vanilla and bananas.

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Incorporate into the wet ingredients.
