Ingredients

  • 8 white bread slices
  • 250 g fresh cheese curds
  • 4 cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 softened butter

Instructions

    Butter one side of each slice of bread.

    With the unbuttered side facing up, place a slice of cheddar and some cheese curds.

    Cover with a second slice, buttered side facing outwards.

  4. 4

    Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat for 4 minutes on each side.

    The cheese curds should be melted and the bread golden brown.

  6. 6

    Cut diagonally and serve with tomato soup.
