- 250 g fresh cheese curds
- 4 cheddar cheese slices
- 1 softened butter
Instructions

Butter one side of each slice of bread.

With the unbuttered side facing up, place a slice of cheddar and some cheese curds.

Cover with a second slice, buttered side facing outwards.
