  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Clean the trout. Salt and pepper them inside.

    Place a knob of butter and a lemon wedge in each cavity.

    Wrap individually in double-layer aluminum foil.

    Place directly into the campfire embers (not in the flames).

    Cook 8-10 minutes on each side.
