- 1 hare, cut into pieces
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 3 carrots, diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes(398 ml)
- 1 L broth
- 125 ml flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 Herbes salées du Bas-du-Fleuve
- 1 Salt and pepper

Flour and brown the hare pieces in butter.

Add the onions and celery, cook for 3 minutes.

Add the broth and tomatoes. Simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Add the potatoes, carrots, and Herbes salées.
