- 125 ml breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 Zest of one lemon
- 1 Salt and pepper

Combine breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic, butter, and lemon zest.

Stuff the cavities with the herb mixture.
