Ingredients
- 6 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 apples, peeled and diced
- 3 pears, peeled and diced
- 3 peaches, peeled and diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 250 ml white vinegar
- 250 ml sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ground cloves
- 0.5 tsp dry mustard
- 1 salt, to taste
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a large pot.

Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.

Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, stirring regularly.

The ketchup is ready when it has thickened and the fruits are tender.

Pour into sterilized Mason jars.

Stores for 1 year unopened. Refrigerate after opening.
