- 375 ml white vinegar
- 375 ml sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 0.5 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp dry mustard

Chop the green tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers.

Place all ingredients in a large pot.

Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.

Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, stirring regularly.

The ketchup should have thickened and the vegetables should be tender.
