Ingredients

  • 1 15-20 dried Labrador tea leaves (Ledum groenlandicum)(Ledum groenlandicum)
  • 1 Honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions

    Bring the water to a boil.

    Remove from heat and add the Labrador tea leaves.

    Let steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired strength.

    Strain into a cup.
