  • 80 ml cold butter, cubed
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 80 ml milk
  • 500 ml fresh blueberries
  • 125 ml extra sugar for blueberries

    Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

    Mix flour, 125 ml sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.

    Beat the egg with the milk and add. Form the dough.

    Press half of the dough into a greased round pan.

    Cover with blueberries mixed with sugar. Crumble the remaining dough on top.
