Ingredients
- 500 g cooked lobster meat, in pieces
- 80 ml mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 New England-style hot dog buns(top-split)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Lettuce for garnish
Instructions

Combine the lobster meat with mayonnaise, celery, chives, and lemon juice.

Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Butter the outside of the buns and grill them in a skillet until golden.

Place a lettuce leaf in each bun.

Generously fill with lobster salad.

Serve immediately with chips and a pickle.
