  • 4 thick pork chops
  • 80 ml maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

    Combine maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic.

    Season the chops with salt and pepper.

    Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet and sear the chops for 3 minutes on each side.

    Pour the maple sauce over the chops.

    Bake in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 15-20 minutes.
