- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp butter
- 30 ml grated cheddar cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
Instructions

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Pour in the eggs and cook, lifting the edges to let the uncooked liquid flow underneath.

When almost set, add the bacon, cheese, and a drizzle of maple syrup to one half.

Fold the omelette in half and slide it onto a plate.
