- 750 g ground moose meat
- 250 g ground pork
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 125 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/4 tsp savory
- 2 pie crusts
- 1 beaten egg(for egg wash)

In a saucepan, combine the meats, onion, garlic, water, and spices.

Cook over medium heat, breaking up the meat, for 20 minutes.

Let cool completely.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a pie dish with one crust.

Pour in the cooled meat filling.

Cover with the second crust, seal the edges, and prick the top.

Brush with beaten egg.
