Ingredients

  • 1 gros navet (rutabaga) pelé et coupé en cubes
  • 3 tbsp beurre
  • 2 tbsp sirop d'érable
  • 1 Sel et poivre
  • 1 Persil haché

Instructions

    Cook the turnip cubes in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes until tender.

    Drain and return to the saucepan.

    Add the butter and coarsely mash with a potato masher (leaving some chunks).
