Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken cut into pieces(or 8 thighs)
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 250 ml 15% cream
  • 3 cubed potatoes
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 Salt, pepper, thyme, and savory

Instructions

    Season the chicken pieces and dredge them in flour.

    Brown them in butter on each side. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the onions in the same pan.

  4. 4

    Return the chicken, add the broth and spices. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Add the potatoes and carrots. Cook for 25 minutes.

    Stir in the cream at the end of cooking and let thicken for 5 minutes.
