- 1 cedar plank, soaked for at least 2 hours
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 Salt and pepper
Instructions

Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 2 hours.
