Ingredients

  • 4 ouananiche fillets
  • 1 cedar plank, soaked for at least 2 hours
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 2 hours.

    Mix the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic.

    Place the fillets on the plank. Brush with glaze.

    Cook on the BBQ with the lid closed at 400°F for 15-18 minutes.

    Or bake in the oven at 400°F on the plank on a baking sheet.
