- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 310 ml milk
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 250 ml fresh blueberries

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the egg with milk and melted butter.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry. Mix just enough (a few lumps are acceptable).

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Pour 60 ml of batter per pancake onto a hot, greased griddle.

Flip when bubbles form on the surface. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
