Ingredients
- 400 g pasta(fettuccine or linguine)
- 200 g smoked salmon strips
- 250 ml 15% cream
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 chopped shallot
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 Juice of half a lemon
- 1 Pepper and grated Parmesan
Instructions

Cook the pasta al dente. Reserve 125 ml of cooking water.

Sauté the shallot in butter.

Add the cream and dill. Let thicken for 3 minutes.

Stir in the drained pasta and smoked salmon.

Add the lemon juice and a little cooking water if necessary.

Season generously with pepper. Serve with grated Parmesan.

Do not add the smoked salmon during cooking to preserve its texture.
