Ingredients

  • 500 g lean ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can of creamed corn(398 ml)
  • 1 can of drained corn kernels(341 ml)
  • 6 medium peeled potatoes
  • 60 ml hot milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Paprika

Instructions

    Cook the potatoes in salted water. Mash them with milk and butter.

    Sauté the onion in a little oil, add the ground beef, and cook, breaking it apart.

    Season the meat with salt and pepper.

    In a 9x13 inch dish, spread the meat as the first layer.

    Spread the creamed corn and corn kernels over the meat.

    Cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 30 minutes until golden.
