Ingredients

  • 4 pig's feet, cut into pieces
  • 500 g pork, cubed
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp toasted flour(browned in the oven)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1.5 L water
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Brown the pig's feet and cubed pork in a little oil.

    Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes.

    Cover with water and add the cinnamon and cloves.

    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 to 3 hours over low heat until the meat falls off the bone.

    Dissolve the toasted flour in a little cold water and stir it into the stew.

    Let thicken for 15 minutes. Season and serve with potatoes.
