- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 sliced lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 sliced shallot
- 60 ml white wine
- 1 Salt and pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place each fillet on a rectangle of parchment paper.

Garnish with herbs, shallot, lemon, and butter.

Drizzle with white wine. Season with salt and pepper.
