Ingredients

  • 4 pike fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 sliced shallot
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Place each fillet on a rectangle of parchment paper.

    Garnish with herbs, shallot, lemon, and butter.

    Drizzle with white wine. Season with salt and pepper.

    Close the papillotes by folding the edges.

    Cook for 15-18 minutes. Serve in the papillotes.
