Ingredients

  • 1 1.5 kg pork loin roast
  • 4 garlic cloves, slivered
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp savory
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 250 ml chicken broth

Instructions

    Pierce the roast with garlic slivers using the tip of a knife.

    Mix the mustard, maple syrup, thyme, savory, salt, and pepper.

    Brush the roast with this mixture.

    Place in a roasting pan and pour the broth into the bottom.

    Bake in the oven at 165°C (325°F) for about 1h30 to 2h (internal temperature of 70°C / 160°F).

    Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Make a sauce with the cooking juices.
