- 4 garlic cloves, slivered
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 250 ml chicken broth

Pierce the roast with garlic slivers using the tip of a knife.

Mix the mustard, maple syrup, thyme, savory, salt, and pepper.
