  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 liquid pectin pouch(85 ml)

    Roughly mash the strawberries in a large saucepan.

    Add the sugar and lemon juice.

    Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.

    Add the pectin and maintain a rolling boil for 1 minute.

    Skim off any foam from the surface.

    Pour into hot, sterilized Mason jars. Seal and invert for 5 minutes.
