  • 375 ml raisins
  • 250 ml water
  • 125 ml sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    Cook the raisins in water for 10 minutes over low heat.

    Mix the sugar and cornstarch, add to the raisins while stirring.
