Ingredients

  • 500 g thinly sliced smoked meat(or smoked brisket)
  • 8 rye bread slices
  • 1 Prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 Dill pickles

Instructions

    Steam the smoked meat for 10 minutes (or microwave covered with a damp cloth).

    Generously spread yellow mustard on the bread slices.

    Pile the hot smoked meat onto the bread (at least 100 g per sandwich).

    Close and cut in half.

    Serve with dill pickles and coleslaw.

    Pair with a cherry coke or a dark beer.
