Ingredients
- 250 g peeled shrimp
- 250 g scallops
- 250 g cod pieces
- 4 bacon slices, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 500 ml milk
- 250 ml 15% cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 Salt, pepper, thyme, and dill
Instructions

Cook bacon in a pot. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes.

Add butter and flour, mix for 1 minute.

Add potatoes and enough water to cover them. Cook for 15 minutes.

Add milk, cream, and cod pieces. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add shrimp and scallops. Cook for 3-4 minutes (do not overcook).

Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and dill.
