- 1 shortcrust pastry sheet
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml 15% cream
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 2 chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 Pepper and nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a quiche pan with the pastry. Prick the bottom.

Blind bake for 10 minutes with pie weights.

Spread the smoked salmon and cheese over the crust.

Whisk the eggs with the cream, milk, dill, pepper, and nutmeg.
