Ingredients

  • 4 whole speckled trout
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 1 small onion, sliced into rings
  • 4 sprigs of dill
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 1 Salt and pepper

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Salt and pepper each trout inside.

    Stuff with lemon, onion, and dill.

    Place a knob of butter on each trout. Drizzle with white wine.

    Seal the parchment packets tightly.

    Cook for 18-20 minutes. The flesh should be opaque and flake easily.
