- 400 g very fresh speckled trout fillets
- 2 chopped French shallots
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 Sesame seeds
- 1 Salt and pepper
Instructions

Cut the trout into small dice with a knife.

Mix the shallots, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime.
