- 1 kg cubed caribou(shoulder)
- 3 chopped onions
- 3 sliced carrots
- 3 cubed potatoes
- 1 diced turnip
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 L broth(water and caribou bones if available)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp oil or lard
- 1 Salt, pepper, and savory
Instructions

Flour and brown the caribou cubes in oil over high heat.

Add the onions and garlic, cook for 3 minutes.

Cover with broth. Add the savory.

Simmer covered for 2 hours over low heat.

Add the carrots, turnip, and potatoes.
