Ingredients
- 750 g ground venison
- 100 g finely chopped salt pork or chopped bacon
- 1 grated onion
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 Toppings of choice(lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, mustard)

Mix the ground venison with the salt pork (the fat prevents the meat from drying out).

Add the onion, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Form 4 thick patties. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Grill on the BBQ or in a cast-iron skillet for 4-5 minutes per side.
