  • 750 g very thinly sliced venison(freeze slightly beforehand)
  • 2 L well-seasoned beef broth

  • 1 Soy and ginger sauce
  • 1 Peanut sauce
  • 1 Strong mustard and honey
  • 1 Spicy Sriracha and mayo sauce

Instructions

    Bring the broth to a boil in the fondue pot.

    Arrange the venison slices and vegetables on individual plates.

    Prepare the accompanying sauces in small bowls.

    Each guest dips their meat into the broth for 30-60 seconds.

    Venison cooks very quickly, do not leave it in the broth for too long.

    Dip in the sauce of your choice.

    At the end of the meal, serve the enriched broth as a soup.
