Ingredients
- 500 g walleye fillets, cubed
- 4 bacon slices, diced
- 2 potatoes, small diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 500 ml fish broth or stock
- 250 ml 15% cream
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 Thyme, salt, and pepper
Instructions

Cook the bacon in a large pot. Add the onion and celery.

Sprinkle with flour and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the broth and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes.

Add the milk and cream. Bring to a simmer.

Add the walleye cubes and thyme. Cook for 5-8 minutes.
