  • 4 pike fillets
  • 125 ml finely chopped walnuts
  • 60 ml breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Salt, pepper, and parsley

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Mix walnuts, breadcrumbs, melted butter, parsley, salt, and pepper.

    Mix mustard and maple syrup. Brush over the fillets.

    Press the walnut mixture onto the top of the fillets.

    Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake for 15-18 minutes, depending on thickness. Serve with lemon butter.
