- 2 tbsp lard or butter
- 175 ml lukewarm water
- 1 Oil for frying (optional)(optionnel)
Instructions

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Incorporate the lard with your fingers.

Add water and mix to form a soft dough. Do not overmix.

Oven method: Flatten on a greased baking sheet (2 cm thick). Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 min.

Fried method: Divide into pieces, flatten, and fry in oil at 175°C (350°F) for 3 min on each side.

Serve warm with butter, jam, or stew.
