Ingredients

  • 125 ml Butter (base)
  • 60 ml Sugar (base)
  • 60 ml Cocoa powder (base)
  • 1 large Egg (base)
  • 375 ml Graham cracker crumbs (base)
  • 250 ml Shredded coconut (base)
  • 125 ml Chopped nuts (base)
  • 60 ml Butter (middle layer)
  • 3 tbsp Custard powder (middle layer)
  • 375 ml Icing sugar (middle layer)
  • 3 tbsp Milk (middle layer)
  • 125 g Semi-sweet chocolate (topping)
  • 2 tbsp Butter (topping)

Instructions

    Base: Melt butter, sugar, and cocoa in a double boiler. Add the egg and cook for 2 min.

    Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Press into an 8x8 inch pan.

    Center: Beat butter, custard powder, icing sugar, and milk. Spread over the base.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Topping: Melt chocolate and butter. Spread over the center.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into small squares. Store in the refrigerator.
