Ingredients

  • 1 Base: 125 ml butter, 60 ml sugar, 60 ml cocoa, 1 egg, 375 ml Graham cracker crumbs, 250 ml coconut, 125 ml nuts
  • 1 Center: 60 ml butter, 3 tbsp custard powder, 375 ml icing sugar, 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 Topping: 125 g semi-sweet chocolate, 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Base: Melt butter, sugar, and cocoa in a double boiler. Add the egg and cook for 2 min.

    Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Press into an 8x8 inch pan.

    Center: Beat butter, custard powder, icing sugar, and milk. Spread over the base.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Topping: Melt chocolate and butter. Spread over the center.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into small squares. Store in the refrigerator.
