- 500 g mixed partridge and wild duck meat, cubed
- 200 g sliced mushrooms
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 diced carrots
- 250 ml poultry broth
- 125 ml 35% cream
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Salt and pepper

Brown the meat cubes in butter. Set aside.

Sauté the mushrooms, onions, and carrots for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with flour, cook for 2 minutes.

Add the broth, stirring. Incorporate the cream.

Return the meat with the thyme. Simmer for 10 minutes.
